
05JulWedding: Butterflies and Ladurée

I absolutely had to show the pictures from this beautiful wedding in Paris.
First of all, the gigantic, controlled wilderness of a bridal bouquet in white, green and brown – decorated with speckled feathers and butterflies from Deyrolle.


The table decorations follow the rustic colour theme – white, powdery green, brown and wood with plants like lamb’s ears and mint, peonies and mushroooms… I had never thought that this colour combination would look so great! The candle votives are made of birch trees, and the decorations include porcelain doves, glass cloches, velvety leaves and furry almonds on the long table…

..Yes. One, long table, for 300 guests. The menu cards were decorated with lamb’s ears and brown, velvet ribbon. The pretty favours are boxes of Ladurée macarons.
