Happy Monday, and happy winter holidays to those, who are on this today (I am jealous! What are you doing here on the blog?). I have a very beautiful wedding to start the week, and which will definitely make us dream of a hot summer’s day…
When I first discovered Erika Gerdemark, I just got so happy. There is something special about her pictures – I love the softness in her images. When you spend your days collecting, evaluating and prioritising the best content for this blog, day in and day out, it becomes more and more rare to meet a photographer, whose work hits me right in the heart… Like Erika’s.
In each wedding I saw on her website, I found a new favouite picture… and I’m sure you’ll experience the same, when you visit her website. I ended up deciding to feature this one, because these pictures radiate a soft, romantic clow and beautiful colours. (Oh, and who wouldn’t love to look like the beautiful bride?)

This wedding was held on a hot summer’s day in Ekerö outside of Stockholm. Linda and Björn chose to celebrate their wedding at Rastaborgs Slott, a small castle with beautiful surroundings.
Sigh. Anyone other than me, who dreams of a good, old fashioned, romantic summer wedding?
